Questions, problems and corrections
Tell us and it gets fixed in the next content update. Every question, card and timeline entry in Chronos names its source, so quote the item and what you think is wrong — that is enough for us to check it.
Email allenjoshsamson99@gmail.com. Include your iOS version and the app version from Settings → Version if you are reporting a bug.
Yes. Every era, every lesson, every question type, the full collection and the timeline are free. There is nothing to buy and there are no ads.
Open the paywall screen from Settings → See what's included and tap Restore. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so you can also review or cancel one in the iOS Settings app under your Apple Account.
A streak advances on any day you reach your daily goal, which you can change in Settings → Daily goal. A missed day is covered automatically if you have a streak freeze; you earn one every seven days you hit your goal, up to three. Streaks use your phone's own calendar day, so travelling across time zones will not break one.
Check that notifications are allowed for Chronos in the iOS Settings app. If iOS has refused permission, the app will say so underneath the reminder switch rather than pretending a reminder is scheduled.
Settings → Delete all my data. Nothing is stored off your phone, so that removes everything. See the privacy policy.
Every item cites its source, and you can read the full list in Settings → Sources and corrections. Where historians genuinely disagree — a disputed date, a contested interpretation — Chronos says so rather than picking one and presenting it as settled.
